This is my review on The Fall Of The House Of Usher from the distant futyre year to Emperor Meiji of 1928(100 years before the 2nd robotech war kinda)

Its directed by Jean Epstein whos part French/ewish and part Pole or El Polen Zakken ad was an arty nut

It stars Abel Gance from a number of his own films, and no one else I've seen with most not on back door, aids bag, soy boy, gender offender, Sodom bottom, beta male, frooty booty, banana crammer, Creator hater, hippie stoner vegan peta tree ung fu based on plants, queer as a deer with a steer in its rear Wikipedia who stans with lying purvoes who wack kids by using their preferred named and words.

Its based on a book by Edgar Allen Poe and this is said to be the closest one to the boo, but I thin the Roger Corman one was cool

I never saw this nor any version o it nor read the book so this is a new thing to Ore Samma

after title a credits we see a guy going through a creepy outside area with 2 bags to a house

in this inn all these guys rise to see hm

he reas a note saying Roderick usher's woman is sic and hes callin his best and only friend to help

this guy with the note, the homie, asks or a coach to the ouse of usher and the people there are shoced

homie pays a bag of gol D or cr-p and 1 guy uses a flute

at his house this devolved woman in the window looks out andthe cart goes across hos outside area with water on the groun

in the house of usher, the owner roderick keeps his wife madeline like the French chic in tha 90s show, locked away

in this big room rod looks at this chic with eyebrows and a masculine face and i think paints a picture of her

se touches her face as the brush draws it and goes off

the coach driver dpnt wanna go to the house of uher as its supernatural and we see this weird steam from around it

homie come in and hugs rod and goes in as coach iover races of

Theresa paintin of ligea from another poe story and a guy looking like the puffy guy in berserk or he shades cenobite in h-llraiser

the dr can't figger out whats up with madds and each usher has it in the dna to pant their wife

cenobite guy leaves and i thin its the dr androd looks like Christopher walken

good atmosphere of darkness and candles and scenary

rod is told by homie rods burning with fever bu he seems cold and the books in his closet are falling and wind by curtains is blowing

rod gets a guitar and it looks like its reversed footage and he plays it as a butler sez madds is feeling wiped like a butt and wont join em

good shots of the sea and woods and outside cut between him playing

rod sez this is where she really lives and wants to be with his woman w/o his friend he nvite

i think he wants to b0ne

they walk and stop by the window as the wind blows a family tree drawing with real trees and it sez his was f'd by degeneracy

i thin he's an inbreeer

not that there's anyting wrong with that. its natural animals do it, like cannibalism. you are what you eat

so rod sends homie who's not named on a walk and goes back to painting and we see the outside with the house looking like a big towering thing like in The Dark Crystal or Hokuto No Ken

also is a lot of stone work and high walls

totally made by horse and buggy guys

rod drew more of his woman but she got less alive as the painting got more

she looks mannish but French women are more masculine than real women

we getta close up o his intense face and quic cuts of melting candles and her, its cool

she goes to sit and he coforts her but a guy rings the door bell and he sends her back to stand evolved like the cabinet of dr Caligari chic and spastic

homie comes in and theres a good moving shot and he tells homie this is life itself

homie sees somethin and rod goes crazy looking and theres close ups on him and tracking shots of someone holding madds and its rod and its disorienting in a good way

i thin homie stomps out a fire and we hear rod is into mangnets like yugi and his magnet warriors

we see him with a box and this coffin being brough in by i think dr and homie and maybe butler

rod sez she maybe alive and he sez he'd bury her in the crypt as thers a hand holing a long metal thing like a soviet d0ng but with he end chewed up

he looks spaces out and looks at the panting and he put madds in the coffin and is gonna nail it closed like nailing a mans a55 shut

dr puts the hammer in his sleeve and rod sez no nailing it down and eventually carries it with the guys and a cloth ro it

they go through an outside with overlaid candles on the screen transparent and its cool

sorta like Vampyr rom the 30s

they bring her by boat and to a cave thing with crazy designs in the crypt totally made by horse and buggy guys, not ancient high tech

he puts her cloth in and goes but the dr and a guy nail the lid closed like nailing a mans eyes shut and sh-tting on em

rod goes and theres cool effect of the hammer nailing with an overlay of it from a few angles

days later things are quiet as rod waits 4 a signand homie rads a book with a magnifying glass

the clock chimes and his guitar strings snap for no reason

he wanders around spaced out thinking o his woman and its stormy out

homie reas of a 2 fold silence that 1 the body dont fear but some face a shadow nameless elf that haunts forsaken regions men dont go o go with The Creator

theres a cool shot of the leafs blowing across the floor as the camera follows and homie gets a hammer or something wait its a metal item an he bell in the tower rings

the window blows ope and rod comes in with candles looking spaced and sez "do u hear it?"

we see somethin blow outsied the house and the mist swirl around it

homie want to read to rod but he sits by i think the fire and theres some light flashin outside

homie reads a story where ethelred used a mace to bust open the floor and use a gauntlet had to remove something

the coffin of madds falls and we see rod by the fire with smoke looing cool

the book goes on of Ethelred beating a dragon and the book in a shelf fall and nock over an armor suit

the madds comes back in a white dress like oh suzanna from scary stories to tell in the dark in the 90s with the f'd up art we loved

rod sez he heard her for a long time since the 1st ay and we put her in the tomb alive

she walks in a dark curtain area and back to em as the house burns for some reason

thy leave the burning castlr and the picture he made of her burns in a cool shot like a gif avatar on a website

eventually the castle stats falling apart an it like the univrsal Frankenstein movies

the end

That was pretty good

creative dream like atmosphere and great art

its sorta lie Vampyr and has a good visual feel while holding attention

interesting camera movement and zoom and follow

clever overlay and its got that gorgeous black and White art and cooleffects

its well made and public domain

i enoyed it, eve though in the boo the chick is his twin sister and both bite it from her scaring him dea and the house efing apart on em

but i guess they wanted a good ending

For The Fall Of The House Of Usher 2 I want them to be recovering in a nearby town and need the ffrien to go back and find the key piece of the house that connects them. He goes back and finds the house rebuilt through magic an the soul of the house and goes through it facing monsters and yokai to get the key piece an return it to the twins, who use it to fuse into a hermaphrodite  and heal them of the house psychic issues. Also its an 8 bit platformer lie Master Of Darkness but on Sega Master Systen, Game Gear, NES, Game Boy, TG16, Atari 7800 and Lynx where you play as him and fight horror monsters and lesser nown American cryptids.
