I never saw this before but its Griffith and Gish and sounds cool
afer title we see a card saying an mind was brought to reason wit musi
then people sitting around, then a title saying istorted inds in the asylum
the we sw chicks in big dresses sitting around
title card sez poor losers came to this place and we see a chick brought awau by men in wite and a chick spazzing out ad holding a bundle like a baby
a guy in an office has a girl holding a baby come in and he gives her money or w/e and sh goes but he breaks down crying
title sez love ant be shut out here -, the dr and nue, wjop's prop-bable be b0ning em in the real version or vivisecting or experimenting on em
a gu comes in and i think 1 nurse leain is Lillian gish and he hugs the other nurse
then text saying after their marriage and the gp to a house with a cat in a cage she feels
he goes off and we se this guy walking around spazzy and zoned out and whwb a mab shows him his book, the guy wigs out and attacks o he's pulled away
gish i think plays piano and title crd sez it ooths their broken minds and the guy calms down and goes back outside, only to wig out, slug a uard ad run
the guards chase the maniac and think his is how Halloween 1 and blac chritmas started, but he hides in plants
2 guys coe by ad he beats em out and rus but they get p ad run
oh sh-t hes got a gun fron em!
the guards look for him and he wadrs around like the guy in the cainet of dr Caligari or the zombie from flesheater aka Revenge of the Living Zombies
so he gets to the dr's home and creeps around as the wife is with the cat
he crawls in th window and comes to her like Frankenstein from Thomas Edison or maybe another version, and creeps behind her
he pulls a gun an ats weird as she plays with the cat and watches from behind a chair until he notices him with a look of fear
he comes to er with is gun at herand se almost screams but he grabs her nac and she stops
she begs andhe talks with heras she cowers in fear and this psycho
se undoes her haie and has 2 strands by her nips an the asylum gus are running around as we keep seeing aclock
she plats piano at gunpoint like the soviets in the alifornia union pretty much do to say "o oyr bidding or you'd f;d" andhe puts the gun to ge hwad as she well actedl plays an shows fear and uncofort
he's calm and taks amdis kinda mental and f'd anlooks like ned Eisenberg in law and orer svu
she brings him out anfthe guards get him and dr brings his wfe back and comforts her afte that maniac attacked
maniac i back in the nut house and wife pays music for theapy to calm his raging mania
title ard sez at last a happy result an chick i mean wife is in a room with guys and shakes the maiacs hand as i gues listening to music cure his insanity
he leaves and they are on good terms now
the end
that was pretty good
epic acting and good tension
nice drama and goo danger
itwas well filmed and reminded me of The Avenging Conscience but different
A few things used later like the crazy monster coming after the chick
also like Murders In The Rue Morgue and King Kong
it well directed as usual by Griffith and doesn't take too long
its only like 15 mins or so likw Richad McBeef and I idn't know where it would go but it worked well
Glad I saw this
But theres only darkness in theme and the house is only in a few scenes
For The House Of Darkness 2 I want a new inmate in the nit house to come in and we someoe says a certain word it activates hm and he goes mental, until the word is said again, but they don't know thats why and he goes berserk and beats through people. Eventually someone sings a song that uses that word and he keeps flipping back an forth until he can't take it and runs headfirst into a wall, whch busts open it and hi head blows apart with a close up of a ax head of pasta splattering. Also its a 32/64 bit game on N64, PS1, Sega Saturn an 3DO where you play as the patient and gotta beat through or avoid others in the nut house until the timer for the word ends.
