This is my review on The Scarlet Letter from the distant future year to The Meiji Emperor of 1926(around 100 years befre Transformets Zone)

Its directed by Victor Seastrom ho did The Outlaw and His Wife/The Phantom Carriage/He Who Gets Slapped/The Wind

Its based on a book by Nathaniel Hawthorne who was descended from thw salem witch trials guy and felt bad of his ancrstor he never met like self hating Whites whining of their ancestors from 200 years ao owning slaves

I saw this before I think but don't recall -much, but Seastrom and Gish are a good combo.

it had a buncha other versions amd the 90s one was said to be one of the worst movies ever, but my gf sez i otta do this one so here we go

1 guy has a sign on him  saying hs a wanton cospeller and priest comforts him

the governor of the colony comes and then we see gish  at home getting ready and seeing a ppster or w/e saying vanity is bad, ike all those 5kanks on onlyfans or surgery junkies getting bigger and bigger butts

the governers bird sings on the Sabbath abd 1 chick got triggered andwrites an x on this door and its gishesad she goes out yo get this bird as people say running/skipping on The Sabbath is against da law and they gotta tell da minister

Didn't The Savior heal people on The Sabbath and say "Man was not made for The Sabbath, but The Sabbath for Man" ??

so a chick outs Gish to the priestand i thik its not the governors bird but gish's andthey want her punished

gish hears chirch bells and her hair is out and long like Sailor Venus or Wedding Peach and n church ules sneezes and gets bopped on the head for it

This is seeming kinda mus lim

So gish sneaks in nd goes up toface punishment and is old she profaned the Holy day

after church the Gish ds in the stoxkaide and has a sign saying she was running and playing on The Sabbath

he sez he hopes she learned her lesson and leaves but lurks around a bit b4 leaving and she  reads a book on law on the area, wait its the governor or we

he sees womens undergarments mucg be cleaned in secret nd hidden from men, unlike anime which shows them often

then women clean clothes in the river by te woods and hang em to dry

Lillian gish has leather thong undies and sm gear on the clothes line like Nafa from Slayers

jk really its white undies and the guy she likes i think the priest comes by and she tries to hide but he finds her and he oders what she's hiding

she dont tell him andhe looks and heers her virgin undies and leaves and she throws em on a tree and goes after him with a cool moving shot of them walking and she wants hi to tell her pff for her sins

he goes off reading his book and she keeps following andthen they are holding hands in the woods and not holding wood in the hands an it pans tio her bloomers in a tree

i think they b0ned and we see their reflection in the water and she sez she told him her thoughts but he sez they sinful but she thinks its love

well, they ain't married and having kids under proper marriage is a forme of being blessed, as Marriage isn't a contract between 2+ parties, but a Holy Sacrament like Baptism or Barmisva

so he loves her and now they move in a d it fades out so i think its now that they butt hammered

we see the governor or w/e saying engaged couples otta talk in long tubes as they didn't have phones, or did they? ancient tech was advanced, and they were not to sin by b0ning

the town criar sez 9 o clock and alls well so go home andthis guy giles i think wjo was tube taling with him is going out

giles chicks dad comes in and sends the giles out and snow falls on him and then we see priest with gish in her place and he sez governor is sending him to soviet England with a message to the kinfg and he wants her as a wife

she sez she canm't marr him and brings out a metal thing saying its her wedding ring and he'd offended she adulterated him as theres a commandment against that andshe sez if she told him she'd hate her

so if i was feeding you cooked kids and didn't tell you cuz you'd be mad at me its ok?

she reveals wen she left candya55 England her dad made her marry a rixh suegeon but theres no word of him and she never b0ned him so she thought its ok

she hinks she needs his forgiveness to live anf he comforts her then they go home and then its summer and a ship came from salem sooner than expected with a petition from England

pries retrns and finds gish did something an looks shocked and goes to see her and seems regretful and wants to stand with her so shes not branded alone like in berserk

she sez shes the guilty one and gets punished and it would f her up to have him fd too as people look up to him like a bacon of light

so they might not be together again and this guy comes in ad priest leaves and people think the priest only cars for the sinful an dfeels for em

the gish comes out wuth her illegitimate child and prest sees his son but cant say anything like alleged republical Arnold Schwarzenegger

shes taken to the town square and they want her t out the babu daddy and prist sez to say it but she sez she wont btray him and loves him

priest rubs his torso where the letter wuld be like in The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter with the deaf guy and is iced homie

the people go in this shed or dungeon or jail with gish andc the peop;le decide to take her kid and raise it by a good woman and she wigs  out over it

the gov men came and took her baYYYYY beeeee! but sh resists and goes psycho until priest cmes in and 1 chick calls thw kid a devil son unbaptized and d===em bt priest offers to baptize the kid who i think is a chick

prest gets water and gsh names her Pearl as shes a pearl of great price like the Mormons or w/e and he draws a cross on her head even though ur supposed to dunk it under water

\remember, the rents might have done wrong butthe kid hasn't and is a victim hetre

so the peoole seem to be ok as the priest is an honorable guy and later the gish and gish jr pearl are living togerher as outcasts and gish jr is a young kid and draws the letter A on the floor

Who allpwed this girl to learn to read?? isn't this the 1700s or w/e?

gish jr goes out andpriest walks by and looks in but sees a cart coming an goes on

jr asks why priest puts his had on his heart and goes out with the other kids fleeing from her like an aids bag kid in the 80s

soe adults come by and ignore her  but 1 asks her and is told mom got her from a rose bush, so he thinks shes possessed 

the kids throw mud or feces t pearl and she throws back and whn gish comes oyt the kds spatter but 1 kid throws mud or fecal matter at gsh and runs as gish brings the spazzing out pearl in

the priest is sick i think and 1 woman curses the house each time she walks by, like how people wish evil on strangers for accusations of saying words they/them fear

priest gets sick from this andgoes in the chuech and feels bd for him not being punished but his woman getting f'd and his kid

but gish isn't bitter and cares for her seemingly sick kid but then some Indians come to town and  1 Noah looking uy sez he washeld captive by Indians for 7 years and f the people pay his ransom he an use his medical skills fo em

gish comes in and needs gles help with her kid but beardo sees her and gish/gles leaves

giles is freed and signs his name roger callenhe or w/e and at the gish house the giles cant save the pearl so the giles is sent to the mimister and gsh spazzes out with jr

a cool shot of moses crssing the darkness in shadow comes by and beardo is at gish's place and shes stunne as he comes in like Count Orlok in the door

she thinks he was dead but goes to her kid and beardo treates jr and sez its better that kinda kid is dead

i mean its not like its an irish or Frenchie or Spaniard

so he mies a drnk and has the gis thinks hes ginna ice the kid in revenge for her b0ning a guy like woody allens woman or will smiths woman or kid Kardashian

beardo sez vengeance so shallow wont satisfy him and gish drinks some then gives it to jr

gish and jr start convulsing and foaming at the mouth and start tearing off clothes and hey barf out their organs, done with animal guys

jk really jr gets better and beardo is mad at her for cheeting on him

priest comes in saying "our chold" but beardo hears him and sees this is the guy who b0ned his woman and sez hes gish's husband

gish and her butt buddy back away and he looks bada55 and stern but sez he wont out em anmd his revenge will be infinite like the sonic forces character and books it

priest is all shocke and looks like he's dead and gish comforts him and sez they otta get da f outta there like gaijin fleeing Mexico as 1st worlders go there to vacation

laterthe priest gish and kid are in the woods and she has a Spaniard ship to get away after the election but he' too sick 

she tears off the A and lets her hair out and its long like Miko Mido in La Blue Girl and it goves him a b0ner and he comes to lofe for her nd hugs

she puts the A ack on and their kid giv es em something but beardo was there watching from above

giles not Anthony stewart head  from buffy the utt f--k is withsome woman i think his and  i think wears girl clothes andfakes being a woman to mock those in power as the guards come by like  how THEY come for you, as if you can't mock someone, its THEM whos in charge

election day is the 1 day when being happy wasn't punished and i gotta say, i think its exaggerated how rough it was like how queers think the 950s was a h=llscape of oppression for men who were too rrstrcted to go out and b0ne guys, ven though they are 1.8% of the population

so people have fun and 1 thing of a see saw with s oma being dunked in the water like an alleged wutch rial but the people are having fun and cheering and the chick sez she was wrongfully acisef and ever gossiped

btw, the bible sez; judge not lest ye be udged, and the story of the unforgiving slave shoes not to be unforgiving

beardo wants priest to bring him with em and he'd be with em wherever he go

to be fair, he had the gish 1st and was married

so piest come out looking autistic and  as gish looks and beardo comes out looking like a demon bejind him, but to modern guys it looks like they b0ned

priest comes out and admits his sin 5 years ago and gsh comes to him to help but it make him look bad

gish claims hes ill and not thining right but he givs a devolved performance and opens his shirt and has the letter A branded into his chest, which explains his hand there and illness as its probably infected

good effects though

she takes her A off and puts it on his A and not a55 and he looks zombified and sez now its freedom or w/e then she makes out with wst i think is hin dead

the people take off their hats andit shows the crowd shot

that was pretty good

great acting and filming and good style

the story is good and shows the dangers of jumping o conclusions or hating someone cuz the ones in power tel you not to

Its actually cuz of the alleged salem witch trials that America started Innocent Until Proven Guilty, and not the Cygnus Destroyer/LJN Defender show that was pretty good until he went on reddit and got devolved insane

Aeastrom does well and gish works wondes as usual

After seeing this I watched the trailer for the 90s Scarlet Letter, I think they added a war and made the chick pushy and bossy and rebellious, Kinda see why its called one of the worst movies

it looks lie confederate xena

but this movie was good and shows we shouldn't be so judgemental or hateful for those we don't know

Now I'm pro life so I'm against abortion assisted sicide and the holocost, bt know people wo think those are good, while I disagree woth em, I don;t shun them for different views

The Creator gave man free will, its not mans place to take what was given by The Creator

Its a well made movie and shows how judgement can ruin the innocent like the kid

And him carving himself was like in Yugioh with Mariks brother carving his face after Mareik got his back carved wth the pharaohs mark

For The Scarlet Letter 2 I want gish ti beg for help and te beardo husband offers to save him if she becomes his woman, she agrees and much of the movie is surgery of the priest in real time with girl revealing to her daughter the baby daddy andpeople discussing if they should hate her or forgive her. In the end, the beardo saves priest and when gish will go with him, he admits  he sees she's not fir him and carving through priests guts showed him that. also its a 64 bit game on DS and PSP where you do surgery on the priest and learn what different organs do.
